Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using Passes 360, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms form a binding contract between you and Passes 360 Ltd.
Who can use Passes 360
- You must be at least 16 to create an attendee account
- Organisers must be at least 18, or represent a registered business or other legal entity
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential
Your account
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at security@passes360.co.uk if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You can close your account at any time from your account settings, subject to any active orders or organiser obligations.
Acceptable use
When using Passes 360 you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
- Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform without our written permission
- Resell or transfer tickets in breach of an organiser's listed conditions
- Use the platform to send unsolicited or fraudulent communications
We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section without notice where the breach is serious or persistent.
Tickets, passes, and refunds
When you buy a ticket through Passes 360 you enter into a contract with the event organiser, not with us. We facilitate the transaction and issue the digital pass.
Refund policy
- Standard refunds follow the organiser's listed refund policy on the event page
- If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you're entitled to a full refund of the ticket price; our service fee is also refunded automatically
- If an event is materially changed (date, venue, or headline performer), you may request a full refund within 14 days of being notified
- For paid downloadable digital content, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the content has been delivered to your wallet, in line with regulation 28(1)(b)
Transfers and resale
Tickets may only be transferred or resold where the organiser allows it on that event. Where transfer is allowed, you can use the in-app transfer feature; resale outside the platform is at your own risk and may invalidate the ticket.
Payments and fees
Paid tickets are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. Card data never touches our servers. By entering payment details you also accept Stripe's terms.
Our service fees are shown clearly at checkout and listed on our pricing page. We don't charge a fee on free tickets. Fees are refunded automatically when an event is cancelled.
Organiser obligations
If you create events on Passes 360, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful event listings
- Honour every ticket you sell, subject to these terms and any explicit conditions in your listing
- Comply with all applicable consumer-protection, advertising, health-and-safety, and tax laws
- Maintain the necessary licences, permissions, and insurance for your event
- Resolve attendee complaints in good faith and within a reasonable time
- Hold any personal data you receive about attendees as a separate data controller, with your own privacy notice
Our intellectual property
The Passes 360 platform, brand, design, code, and content are owned by Passes 360 Ltd or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform as intended. We reserve all other rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of any content you upload to Passes 360 (event descriptions, images, profile photos, attendee posts).
You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, transmit, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform. The licence ends when you delete the content, except where we need to retain copies to comply with our legal obligations.
You confirm you have the rights to upload everything you upload. We may remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Third-party services
The platform integrates with services like Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Stripe, and email providers. Use of those services is subject to their own terms; we're not responsible for their performance or content.
Termination and suspension
You may stop using Passes 360 at any time. We may suspend or close your account if:
- You breach these terms
- We're required to do so by law or court order
- Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months
We'll usually notify you before closing an account, except where doing so would be unlawful or harmful to other users.
Disclaimers
We provide the platform on a reasonable-care basis but cannot guarantee it'll be available at all times, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that can't lawfully be excluded
Limitation of liability
Subject to the disclaimers above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount of fees you've paid us in that period.
We're not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Indemnity
If you're an organiser, you agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your event, your listings, your content, or your breach of these terms — to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. For material changes we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the change.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may have rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence under local law.
Before going to court we'd like the chance to put things right — please email legal@passes360.co.uk first.
