No. Free events are free. Paid events on Pro pay £29 per event plus 3% per ticket sold — that's it. Enterprise contracts are flat. We don't charge for refunds.

If a ticket is refunded, our fee is also refunded. You only pay for tickets you actually keep.

No. Free tickets cost nothing — same passes, check-in, and badge features as paid events.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade between Free and Pro any time. Enterprise contracts are negotiated separately.

Pricing is in GBP today. Multi-currency support is on the roadmap; if it's a blocker for you, let us know via /contact.

Above 5,000 tickets per event, our team will suggest moving to Enterprise pricing — typically a flat per-ticket rate that's lower than the Pro percentage.
